This came to me basically fully formed this morning. Rare that I post so much personal art but I felt that it may be something people relate to. And no, this isn't about spiders....ok it's a little bit about spiders #comic #spider #darkart #inkdrawing #acceptence

Thanks! One of the benefits to gouache is it creates texture like rhese better than other forms of paint in my view. Very good for implied forms like I do.

Archangel of The Wires Another of my Gods of the Insubstantial series I imagine this thing moves like a twitching sickly bird but it is all an act to make itself more amenable to the birds that rest upon power lines #horrorart #darkart #darkfantasyart #gouachepainting #noai

"An Adoptive Mothers Love" Spiders mean a lot to me. They always seem to come back to me in times of grief. An elderly spider has caught the egg of another spider in her web and sees the child that she will Love into being. #darkart #spider #traditionalart #gouachepainting #darkfantasyart

----Quote repost with your own Yellow Art! ---- Well this one has to be my choice! The King in Yellow is my only exception to my no fan-art for my socials rule. Bierce and Chambers creation is just too inspirational for my work #darkart #horrorart #cosmichorror

"I don't feel you anymore" The world feels like it's bleeding a lot of its light right now with far too many who deserved more time leaving too soon. Doing my best to process it. #inkdrawing #traditionalart

"Eikon of Grief" Much of my work focuses on finding dignity in the monstrous, seeking kindness in the grotesque, and sympathy for the devil. I see this woman as a kind creature who stands in the storm of someone's grief #gouache #monsterart #darkart #horrorart #traditionalart

"Mr. Felts" A piece directly inspired by the true villains of Appalachian History and culture. The hollow nature of the capitalists who kept us in company towns. A horror that still is felt to this day. #appalachian #darkart #horrorart #gouache #monsterart #appalachianartist #horror #art #fuckai

Heyo! Thanks so much for the share. I returned to traditional art around three years ago and it was the beginning of my move to doing art professionally. I mostly work on gouache but I also do a lot of ink now and do darker and horror themed art.

"Lazarus, I am Sorry" Gouache and acrylic on canvas I don't comment on my intentions with my art online, it's hard to hold to that rule for this one. #darkart #horrorart #gouachepainting #gouache #art
