Hi Simon. We updated the #ChemScribble beta to v1.1. This update fixes the bond z-orders for "Redone" cubane & includes a new button in the Export toolbar to place chemical data, as text, to the system clipboard. SMILES is the default format, but other formats may be chosen in Settings.

Thank you, Simon! Yes, the redone figure is correct topologically, but we need to be more careful rendering the bond z-orders. We will add a "Copy As" button so SMILES can be easily output. You may also click the ChemDoodle button (4th from the right) to insert into ChemDoodle for more functions.

You can choose a label font size smaller than 6 in the style sheet. Have you tried incrementals in #ChemDoodle yet? Section 4.13.8 of the user guide. It makes numbering atoms really easy. The font size shrink for incrementals is defined in the style sheet. www.ichemlabs.com/downloads/Ch...

There is an "Arrange" right-click menu function to move a bond to the front or back, or just forward/backward 1 z-index based on what it is overlapping with. Section 11.5.1.1 discusses this function: www.ichemlabs.com/downloads/Ch... Is this acceptable for your use?
