I think this might be my favourite piece I've done 💙 I was going for like a storybook style, and I'm really proud of the mane and tail especially (compression may obliterate the detail). Also, it's crazy we have the same name lol :3

Phantom Mane, a dark-green unicorn with golden eyes and magic. He has a ghostly cyan mane and tail and an icy tornado on his flank (his cutie mark). Around his neck he wears a striped yellow-and-blue scarf.

I did some drawing for my avatar and I feel like it came out really good so I wanted to show it off. I think this is my first time doing a womb tattoo. #vrc #art

A womb tattoo. A heart is encircled by soil up above and roots down below. Two trees sprout from the soil and a pair of coggy machines flank the womb on either side. Apple-like fruit grow from the trees, starting as flowers at the outer edges and maturing as they move inwards before dropping into the machines to fertilize the trees once more.

I'm trying out a new outfit, some new textures (and some new cybernetics for the keen-eyed observers). Let me know what you think! #vrchat #nardoragon gallevr.app/p/mqdph6wl

A blue-white nardoragon with aquamarine patterns on their scales, wearing a dark checkered-patterned top and stockings. They are also wearing a dark-blue-and-red checkered split-skirt with gold decorative chains over the hips. Their stomach is clear, exposing a metal skeleton within. They are standing with one leg straight and the other bent at about 45 degrees and have one finger placed on the side of their mouth. Their other hand is down by their hip. They are standing in the Furality Somna hub world in front of a cloud-and-star styled wall panel.

Happy hatchday to me! Am a year older UwU (the picture uses my old colors but I felt cute and haven't taken any new ones in a while)

A sky-blue nardoragon wearing a red jacket and black fingerless gloves stands waist-deep in a pool of clear-blue water in a tropical forest. There are palm trees, large, smooth boulders, green lilly pads in the background. A patch of blue sky with wispy clouds is visible through a gap in the tree canopy.

I'm pleased to report it seems to run just fine with Lutris on Linux, as well :) The only config necessary was setting the html file as the executable and the folder it's in as the working directory.

My OC, Phantom Mane, wearing a blue-and-yellow scarf. He has dark-green fur, and a wispy greeny-blue mane. He is a unicorn with golden eyes and is casting greenish magic. His picture is set within the UI of the Pony Friend Finder game.

#vrc #nardoragon This is in the same world as the phone booth, just inside the diner. Wanted to show off how the patterns change based on the lighting.

A dark blue nardoragon with shimmering blue patterns that change depending on the lighting. They have white cheeks, belly and lower arms, and glossy, gel-like hair. Their horns are emerald-green and their eyes are sparkly-teal. They are wearing a cropped top with straps around their midsection and a thong, also with extensive straps.

First of all, not everyone has lots of local fur meets to go to, or money to spend on them, or a fursuit to go in, etc. Second of all, I learned new skills while doing VRChat, like Blender, Unity, texturing, etc. Saying "it's just porn" is like saying furcons are just sex clubs.

Linux is plug and play. This is what happens on Fedora (the linux distro I use) when I plug in a USB. It comes up with the popup in the picture and I can either click to open it there (just like Windows) or in the file explorer (just like Windows).

The link at the bottom is to an article to show you how easy it is to install Fedora 43 (Linux). I've also included some pictures of my desktop so you can see how "complex" it is for yourself. Unlike OP, I'm backing up what I say. fedoramagazine.org/anaconda-ins...

A picture of my Fedora 43 Linux install, using KDE Plasma (the default kind of desktop for the installer in the linked article), and a cool theme I liked called Sweet KDE.

The windows open are the Strawberry music player and the Discover application store, for browsing new applications with a GUI (graphical interface) instead of a CLI (command line).

This is the Settings menu for Fedora 43. It is laid out and behaves very similarly to Windows.

What software do you want to use? This is LibreOffice Writer, it's basically free MS Word. It also works on Windows if you want to try it for yourself.

Linux CAN in fact do plug-n-play just fine. If you get a distro like Fedora (my personal favorite), it's basically just Windows, but faster to install, and less invasive to use. It even has an application store that also lets you manage system updates:

"Discover" application store on Fedora 43 (a Linux distro) with the "Sweet Candy" icon pack, which works like themes in Windows. It allows you to install new applications, manage system updates, apply themes, all in one place.

You are wrong and you should be more responsible when claiming something is AI generated, especially as a game dev. You say you don't want to criticize Jen Taylor's delivery or accuse Halo devs of using genAI without proof but that is literally what you've just done.

Nexxtic (Selaco Lead Dev) @selaco.bsky.social - 7m
I want to emphasize that I'm just speculating here. My intention isn't to criticize the actress for a fumbled line or accuse the studio of using AI-generated voices without proof.

But given Microsoft's aggressive push towards AI-assisted development, I think my skepticism perfectly is warranted.

Halo is not using generative AI in its game development, it's claimed

Jez Corden, a well-known journalist and insider from Windows Central, chimed in on X (Twitter) to say that the rumors about Halo Studios using generative AI in its game development aren't true. According to him, "Halo is not using generative AI in its game dev/art assets, etc., for its next game. Microsoft has no mandate on studios to use generative AI for games. I'm sure it's being used for emails... but they're not making a gen AI game here."

In other words, the new Halo project isn't being built by bots, and there's no corporate directive from Microsoft forcing studios into generative AI pipelines, at least according to Corden.

Update, October 19, 4:35 PM PT: Following his initial report, RebsGaming clarified that his comments were misinterpreted, noting that Halo Studios' use of generative AI appears closer to traditional procedural generation techniques long used in game development. In a post on X (Twitter), he said:

"Many people are misinterpreting what I reported as if it directly confirms AI is being used in all the wrong ways an Halo is doomed. I did not report that. I have begun reaching out to sources to figure out specifics about how Halo Studios is using generative AI. Also, using AI in game development isn't new, but using it in negative ways is becoming an industry-wide issue. I'll talk about this in my next video."

A friendly reminder to Linux users who use Lutris; you can add your itchio account. When you install things this way, you can choose to save the installer. They might shut down payment processors, but they can't take away what you already own.

When I was growing up, my family moved around a lot. Friends came and went but for a while, I had some good ones that kept in contact. As time went on, school picked up, and then I got my first real job. After that I moved about once a year with little warning and had less time for myself than ever.

You actually can by reporting them to bsky's moderation, they have an option for untagged NSFW imagery. Bsky's label bot (the same one some people seem to rely on) is not very efficient, this is the only way it finds some of the images.

A screenshot of bsky's Report tool highlighting the Unwanted Sexual Content section to emphasize that it is meant to be used on Nudity or Adult content that is improperly labeled.

Aurora "Bori" Borealis @iceofspades69.newgrounds.com · 04/02/2025

Marking things as NSFW and adding tags will NEVER hurt your views on bsky because the users who want to see them can have them SHOW by default. The only thing you accomplish by not tagging and marking properly is ensuring the people who don't want to see your stuff have no choice.

A screenshot of bsky's moderation tools located in the Settings menu. You can enable adult content to show NSFW imagery and then choose whether or not to show Sexual images, Suggestive images, Graphic images, or Non-Sexual nudity. These can be toggles individually so you have full control of what you can and can't see, provided the artist actually applies tags and markings like they're supposed to.

A screenshot of the Labels you can apply to images when you post them on bsky. You can set them as Suggestive (but not nude), Nude (but not sexual), or Adult as in nude and doing something sexual. You can also mark them as Graphic, if they contain gore you think some users might find upsetting. It never hurts to add more labels because the users who want to see what they hide can choose to show them anyway. These are different from Tags, as in hashtags, which is important to note because sometimes things marked as #nsfw will not be labelled as Adult Content automatically.

#art This piece is quite unfinished and will hopefully remain so. I started it after my first furry convention out of despair at having to return to my ordinary life. I was afraid I might never experience anything like that again. The alt text gives more information on what it's supposed to be.

An unfinished, empty alleyway leading to nowhere. Off to the right is a gap in the buildings leading to a small courtyard where there is a small tree illuminated by a shaft of light and a red ball beneath it. There is supposed to be a trio of indistinct but obviously furry characters playing beneath the tree, watched on from the perspective of the viewer. Marching down the alleyway would be a line of people, dark and miserable, all walking towards an unspecified doom directly ahead. The person nearest the viewer would have their head turned towards the courtyard in despair and longing because they were stuck in the line, not knowing how to join in.

#art This piece is called "Stop smiling, tell them what's wrong". I made it recently after finally admitting to myself that I wasn't happy with how my life was going. I had a bit of a revelation that a grin is the last expression we ever make so we shouldn't neglect the others while we have them.

A white skull on a dark background leaking tears from its left eye socket. Its mouth is frozen in a grin because that's the only expression it has left.

Finally got around to posting the ref sheet of my rexouium! I hope you like him UwU #fursona

A male, dark-grey rexouium with a light-grey belly and under-arms. He has dark-blue leopard spots on the darker parts of his fur and lapis-colored hair styled like a mowhawk that covers the right side of his face and runs halfway down his back. His ears are long and pointed and have lighter cyan fur inside them. His eyes are azure and a small, cyan ace of spades is on his chest facing point-up. He has five-fingered hands and four-toed feet and is digitigrade rather than plantigrade. His pawpads, tongue and the inside of his mouth are dark blue, nearly the same color as his hair but slightly lighter.
