People are deleting the Merlin app because of the Cornell news?! This is THE dumbest most performative BS I think I've ever seen. That free app is relied on by bird scientists. We collect data to HELP THE BIRDS each time we use it! Bird lovers hurting the birds and scientists who study them.

This was from White Crest, where the erosion from the nor'easter wasn't bad, but it got hammered a couple of weeks ago in the rainstorm, so they had to completely redo the ramp.

Thanks, Laura! For this one, I used the same technique I use for many of my books-- a many-layered mix of real watercolor, watercolor in Porcreate, and textures I have created (also from a gazillion layers of watercolor and textures from sand on the beach). It's complex!
