We're delighted to be hosting the 29th European workshop on automatic differentiation #EuroAD29 in #Cambridge. The first day was packed with engaging talks and discussion, and then participants enjoyed a dinner at Emmanuel College. Thanks to Joe Wallwork for putting together a great programme!

Principal RSE Jack Atkinson delivered an internal talk on NetCDF – the file format used to store most climate datasets. He gave the ICCS team an understanding of the fundamentals of the data they work with, and introduced the CF Metadata conventions for making climate data more FAIR.
