Today's breakfast at a local, woman owned, minority owned restaurant. Best french toast breakfast (with a side of home fries) in coastal Georgia, Glynn County. 920 Kafe

A side serving of seasoned, cubed potatoes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patty and french toast so well garnished with brown sugar and powdered sugar, I did not need to use the side of syrup.

The butterfly is out of focus, but I'm fortunate I could get this picture at all the specimen was so fluttery. The way the sunlight highlights the upper wings but not the lower made this picture a distinct, lucky shot keeper.

A gaggle of geese flew over us as we were parking the car. I had to jump out of the vehicle and hurry to get these pictures. Wild Wednesday, indeed.

Wild geese landed on the road, used the road for a bit, and finally crossed the road. Even though they could have, they did not honk at other traffic. No drivers honked at the gesse, either.

Happy Summer Solstice; a homegrown Sunflower at Brunswick Landing Marina, with a snippet of our boat and its reflection visible. I grew this flower and took this picture on 8/7/21.

The back side of a fully bloomed Sunflower. The petals are yellow with streaks of red mainly down the center of the petals, but there are streaks of red throughout. A green leaf base supports the petals and makes a striking contrast of color and shape because of the pointed leaf tips. The Turtle River is visible in front of the Sunflower; flat, calm water with part of a boat and its reflection is visible.
