Grow Up show is very nice and looks good probably that's why whenever it uses stillshots a little too much it really stands out. Other than that I'm really having a good time with it, the cast as an ensamble is a lot of fun

My thoughts on my finished anime from the Spring 2026. An enjoyable season with a hate-watch sprinkled in. Taking the anime I watched it feels like disappointment tho. Ikoku Nikki and Shiboyugi will hang heavy over the year

With how strongly Ueno's voice is heard in Kamiina Botan ep. 11 you'd expect the soundscape to be mismatched without the usual team, but, the ever present Jin Aketagawa was up to the task. A lot of empty space is created while also highlighting the grandeur of the scenarios

I've come to the realization that I don't fw spy comedies that much. Despite liking aspects of SpyxFamily and Yozakura I ended up dropping them (The former I even dropped the manga) Same with Marriage Toxin I've been struggling with it even if I've liked other shows way less this season

As much as I like them and find them cute, everytime we see them they are in some sort of quarrel or miscommunication issue. Akane is way too hermetic and deals with her emotions in a very roundabout way. I'm begging, Akane, please be upfront with Yaeka, she has troubles otherwise

With how little Nadeshiko has had to do with Hinagiku one would wonder why the flashback structure? At this point would've been better if the story was told in a linear fashion they're not doing anything interesting with the kidnapping parallel anyway.

‬ I loved the segment before the op. Kanade is watching a very allusive painting, we jump to her sorrow over Ibuki and we see her again absorbed into the painting. I thought we were going to see the painting again and linger there, but no, we're denied of that too and are left with her longing

Agents of the Four Seasons Ep 11. Ok this is the 2nd time it has happened where the dragged out dialogue hurts the supposed tension. I can see these exchanges kinda working in text where the passage of time is obfuscated, but in motion, shootouts don't make for good conversation spots.

Disclaimer: I like Kamiina Botan (the anime) very much. The eps flow so effortlessly, is a visual marvel especially in how it frames things. Ep 8, for example, always looking to isolate Akane was awesome. And the endings are so emotionally powerful. Ibuki is the only thorn for me in this anime

I've been watching Witch Hat Atelier and it's good. I was holding off on it because its reputation made it a little bit intimidating but I'm having fun. The negative is that I was really vibing with Coco's life as a seamstress and her interactions within her community and that was gone in a flash

Agents of the Four Seasons ep 8. Again, this could've been very affecting if this anime knew how to play more than one note. And same with the Sakura flashbacks while they're cute to see, they don't add that much to what we can infer already.

Even tho Yu-Gi-Oh! is not something I'm deeply familiar with I have to say I adore Gohti. Their artwork is stellar and I love the overall concept of sea lifeforms dwelling in a space beyond ours. And is really neat that how the deck plays actually resembles the lore

Because we've reached a comfortable breaking point I think it's time for me to drop "Can a Replica fall in love?" All in all, a complete waste of an awesome premise. Everything comes off easy, frictionless, every potential conflict leads to a big nothing, including this "finale".

Agents of the Four Season ep 5. I don't think this is very good. Honestly, I don't know why I'm approaching this series with so much cynicism, but every time it tries to force tears out of me I end up responding with a lot of hostility.
