Haven't really been posting much on here recently. Went to budby at the weekend and the swim at edwinstowe after. It was pleasant. After a conversation about having to get dressed to immediately get undressed again I'm thinking about wearing an extra long t-shirt to get to my car. What's people's

I an interesting thing about being more open with and interacting with my enjoyment of a clothes free lifestyle is seeing my body change as I practice both self acceptance and try to improve my health, and seeing it change through use and in use. 118.6kg #selfacceptance #naturism #nudism #nonsexual

It's become a thing where being in nature and only nature has become a way to reset my head some. #naturist #nudist #nudeyoga #mentalhealthawarenessweek

I'm sure yoga is good for me but some of the poses do feel a little silly determined to get myself to a better state of wellness. #naturist #nudist #nudeyoga

#worldnakedhikingday back to budby today. Despite walking so much in the last few days I think I've proven that it's the circumstance of my living arrangements at the moment that are exhausting not the activity. #naturism #nudism #walking

I took some pictures yesterday. It wasn't super warm (read: it was freezin but it was fun. Swimming was great though some people there were weirdly body shame-y and a little too focused on sex.

Couldn't sleep so I got up and made a coffee and took a look at a painting I'm working on. The coffee didnt help the situation but it was very nice. I worry about getting paint on my clothes but the joy of being naked is that fear goes away pretty quickly. #painting #naturism #nonsexualnudity

I should really use this page for something. I guess I'll follow a bunch of stuff and comeback and go ooooh. To be honest, it's kind of nice having like two followers I actually know on here. It's FREEDOM. Went to #RSPBbudby yesterday and did 11k steps.
