Image depicts a dark grey and black reskin of V1 from Ultrakill; a monocular humanoid war machine with wing-like protrusions flared out from its back. The emission and glow colors swapped for a muted red. Wearing a grey hoodie somehow.
The text writes:
- self insert.
- comedy relief
"How'd you get a hoodie on??"
*shrug*
He's shrugging.
[EXTRA INFO]
So for self-inserts right. I like the idea of reskins of the v-series to represent the user / player, kinda like in MOBAs or fighting games. The v-series build and appearance is the perfect base, both for the reskin idea and if anyone decides to go wild and add more to it.
Also this isn't for shipping this is for shitposting. The thought of being that one background character doing stupid shit is too hilarious to pass up. Ignore me, I'm just here for the funni.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:f43tlysbp3haua5lkde6aiof/bafkreigs2rl3oilc6hvw5jhndgbblfdeawc3dtl32ug2jrxyh7j3nzuziu)
![Image depicts V1, a black and blue robot with a glowing yellow eye and wings. Heavily referenced the first concept art (by jericho_rus) for it because it was the first image I pulled up. Lol.
[Full context]
I really wanna get into drawing robots so I can draw my characters but lack experience. Decided the best way to go about it is to draw fanart of existing bots so I can learn like, what everyone else does. Lol
First bot to my mind was V1. I've drawn him before but never really drew him with the intention of learning. Went ahead and took the first image I found and heavily ref'd it as I lazily sketched, allowing myself to make mistakes because hey, here to learn, not stress over perfect details.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:f43tlysbp3haua5lkde6aiof/bafkreibelojmyrm3hhksddrhwg4k5pofm6vz44kuissbhi6c5vheobxck4)
