We need to first create a different story, where compassion is cool, and then ridicule everyone who doesn't show compassion, to the point that not being compassionate is a social stigma. People are social animals, and need to belong, and for a long time the other side has offered a way to belong

I am a big fan of Andrew Moxon and his writing. He's been talking about the power of story lately. And persuasion, but feeling off about the persuasion part. And it's because I think persuasion is the wrong lense. Persuasion rarely moves people, especially permanently. But belonging does.

We have very different clientele. But I for years accepted credit cards believing that you want to make it as easy as possible for your clients to pay you. Starting next year though I am going to have my invoicing program gross up for the CC fees. We are already set up for ACH, etc but nobody 1/2

I think this is the year I finally let mine go. Down to just a handful of holdouts now, and the price increase is just obnoxious. (BTW, I just switched from UT to Access bc the pricing for UT at 150-200 returns is just horrendous compared to Access. Don't know your numbers but worth considering)
