Incidentally, it appears that cottonseed meal is not a high source of vitamin k, which reverses warfarin toxicity.

My great-grandfather, John Hanna, wrote a column during the 1940s for the Chicago Daily News called "Diary of an Illinois Farmer" -- I found this entry from April 8th, 1941 with an interesting connection to the history of medicine.
