Honestly, quick, cheap models are amazing for prototyping and rapid iteration (insert gratuitous reference to Kahneman even though I never finished the book). I think we're still in the really early days of working out the right approach to getting good results out of this stuff.

AI agents' ability to take care of somewhat complex tasks for me is mitigating the challenges I have focusing on screens right now. My eyesight has gone whacky and my brain is struggling to focus well. Delegation is proving useful. The surgery itself was very high tech, but seemed largely pre-llm.
