Have you figured out that you can also feed the robin on the landing page? 🤤

v4 of my personal website is online. With an overall design language update. Including a cute little robin (bird) as a brand element... with a few easter eggs, too 😬 iamrob.in/

Starting with the round of 16, the matches will feature a special focus on the winning teams. The posters will be colored in the winner's team colors. matchprint.info #football #worldcup #worldcup2026 #dataviz

I like football, I like poster layouts and I like data visualisation. So I've combined exactly that for the current World Cup. I wrote an algorithm that generates a unique poster for each of the 104 games. This are the rules. #football #worldcup #worldcup2026 #dataviz

I've uploaded the first photos from our Japan trip to my photo website 🇯🇵 robins.photos/collections/... #photography #japan #fujifilm

I also implemented the logic, that my collections, which have a start and end date, are displayed as small bars in the calendar and link directly to the entire collection.

After more than one month completing my 365 photo project, I felt a bit lost about how to proceed with my photography routine. I have now added a calendar view to my photo website, which I hope will encourage me to continue uploading photos on regular basis this year. robins.photos/calendar/2025/12

I like reading and I like data visualisations. So why not convert the books I've read into stacked bar charts? Each year has its own book stack with the books I've read. The height indicates the number of pages. It's now part of my books subpage! 😊 www.iamrob.in/books

The most enjoyable part was implementing the native view transitions. Now there are smooth transitions between the notes in the overview and detail view.

I have added a map to my postcards page that shows the countries from which I have already received postcards. New goal: collecting all countries! www.iamrob.in/postcards

There are now over 100 photos in my 365 project – time to improve the navigation! You can now easily navigate to specific days, using a design inspired by an analog radio tuner. I’m really pleased with how it turned out! #BuildInPublic iamrob.in/365

I couldn’t stand the placeholder boxes in my 365 Photo project any longer. They constantly reminded me that I prefer taking photos over uploading them. So, the developer in me thought: why not just hide them? #BuildInPublic www.iamrob.in/365

It’s great to see the patterns forming in my 365 photo project. For instance, here are some black and white pictures capturing everyday life in Munich – taken on entirely different days. #Photography #DailyPhoto #365Project
