The statement below is correct. But the solution he lines out only works at scale. As the contracting manager for a small practice in a small town, I can’t enter into individual contracts with every employer. The only solution that will work for the entire country is single payer.

Very very sick and tired of old white guys continuing to argue that we should follow different rules than the other side is. Biden should go scorched earth in the next 2.5 months. Not that he will. He’s an old white guy too and doing so is simply too far outside his comfort zone
