I wonder why I keep applying for these jobs in gaming when I know they're not looking for the old dogs. They want the young 20-year-old dogs instead of the ones who have life experience. In my case lots of extra life experience. I wish it would slow down. After 40 can you even get a job?

Cannot argue that. I hate what people have done to AI and the nonsense that they expect us to call AI but in card grading I can see it's usefulness as long as it's backed up by a human. Been doing a lot of research on it... A LOT.

I would also give jobs to humans over machines but when it comes to this and all the research I've been doing just seems like AI may be the next logical step. But backed with a human for any anomaly. Like PSA has too many misgrades and "interpretations".

There's a lot of animation pilots on YouTube. Just saw an anime that sounded interesting. Clicked on it and it was AI. But it wasn't 100% trash. Still stilted and janky and had issues but you can see they're making strides where AI animation might be decent or even good at some point...
