Watch Stugo on Disney+! Wonderfully unhinged people made this! Including me! Watch the Disney show that people have said feels like it should be a Cartoon Network show! That’s two networks in one without any type of garbage corporate merger needing to happen!!! 🥰 thank you 🥰

Cartoons like this one aren't being made anymore, despite them being popular. Watch StuGo, make it undeniable to the networks that people want cartoons!

“The tech companies say their training data is their trade secret. But my voice is not their trade secret”. This line stated by NAVA President Tim Friedlander while testifying for AB 412 perfectly encapsulates our stance. Our biometric data, our copywritten materials, and our voices belong to us.

BOTTOM LINE: It’s an output-based contract. If you believe the OUTPUT sounds/looks like you, you can contest it, just like a musician can contest someone sampling their music. Even GAI can be challenged as a replica if it sounds like you, because the contract is OUTPUT-BASED, regardless of prompt.

Jake Green @iamjakegreen.bsky.social · 22/05/2025

If they use a GAI system, they cannot prompt with your name without consent.

120

Jake Green @iamjakegreen.bsky.social · 22/05/2025

If they use some magical library of your audio, IN CHARACTER, from YouTube/film/TV (how many people have a catalogue this vast with clean audio stems?) that’s an ICDR and still requires licensing the source AND getting your consent AND negotiating a deal with you. Also, this is NOT a GAI prompt.

120

Jake Green @iamjakegreen.bsky.social · 22/05/2025

🚨 TO GET AHEAD OF THE “ICDR LOOPHOLES” ARGUMENT: 🚨 First off, you don’t have to consent to an ICDR. Full stop. If they use your game audio, past or present, that is automatically a DR. (Not an ICDR, not a prompt GAI.)

I have read the LBF. I have consulted with attorneys and leading experts in AI. This deal is LITTERED with consent. If you/your reps exercise due diligence, you will be protected.

Since May 2, 💥8 AAA games💥 with a total of 350+ roles have left the country. Studios are closing. Engineers are out of work. This is happening right now, in real time. People are losing their jobs as we speak.

Be wary of auditions that say stuff like: “Grandfathered” “Voice match” “From a struck company but ok to work” And if you’re still not sure, you can always ask! interactive@sagaftra.org If you auditioned without realizing it was a recast, you can still say no if you book.

What if every video game company offered AI protections to ALL video game performers? 🤯 I love acting in video games. I love playing video games. I love playing video games in which human actors are acting in those video games, bringing their artistry & expertise to the production #videogamestrike

#TheGameAwards are upon us--if you enjoy the artistry and skill of human performances in your games like I do, remember, the #VideoGameStrike is still ongoing. Let's hold the line and #LevelUpTheContract so we can all keep doing what we love!

SAG-AFTRA is still in the middle of a video game strike. This is their official graphic for it. It's purple for the most part.
