Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 10/09/2026I have seen a lot of people getting interested in Metroid who have never played the series before, so I quickly whipped up a chart to clear things up a bit for newer fans #Nintendo #Metroid 030 3

Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 08/09/2026Today I spent 2 hours switching (heh) my keyboard from blue switches to red switches. Love the smooth feeling when typing, and it also has a very satisfying "thock", especially when pressing the bigger keys #keyboard 000 0
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 26/08/2026After wanting to try it for a while I uploaded a manga I wanted to read on my kobo and I love the way it looks. This might be my favourite solution going forward 010 1
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 04/08/2026Recently got hold of an iPhone 4S. The battery was dead so I grabbed one from @ifixit.com and it’s now alive again. There’s something nice about using a phone this small, and the display still stands the test of time. #apple #iphone #ifixit 000 0
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 04/07/2026Just played Pikuniku for the first time, such a cute fun game, and the humor cracked me up 000 0
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Gameplay is an integral part of a videogame. Having me engage with the story through inputs that only I can press is something that no other medium can do, and telling me that watching someone else do it in my stead is the same thing is insane. 100 1

Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 03/04/2026Sold my 16” M1 Pro for a 14” M5. The size was the main reason for the change and I couldn’t be happier with a smaller and way more manageable laptop #macbook #mac #laptop 000 0
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 20/03/2026Update 2: Fish has its own syntax for functions and since I didn't feel like rewriting all my zsh functions I went back to zsh and installed Oh My Zsh to make it look and work like Fish. I feel like it's a much better solution for my usual workflow 000 0
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 17/03/2026Update: I have decided to switch to Fish on my main computer, too, just because I really like how the autocomplete works 000 0
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 16/03/2026I have replaced Fedora on my ThinkPad with CachyOS and damn it actually is quite fast. I have to get used to the package manager, but since it's based on Arch (btw) I already know my way around. Also my first time using the Fish shell and I love the autocomplete function #linux #cachyos #archlinux 010 1

Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 07/03/2026The absolute bloatware that is Windows has convinced so many people that 8GB of RAM are not enough for anything anymore, not even web browsing. The MacBook Neo is going to run just fine, just like all the 8GB MacBook models have been running just fine for the past 6 years. 110 1
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 06/03/2026More macro photography on the 60mm lens, I think it's one of the best lenses I've ever had the pleasure to use #fujifilm #photography #macro 071 7

Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 24/12/2025Got a new cable for my IEMs, feels much better than the stock one and tangles way less #ipod #iem #music 000 0
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 12/12/2025I have never been an “in ear” user, but I decided to try and get used to them just so that I could enjoy good audio quality and noise isolation while going to and from work. I have to use the smallest tip size these IEMs came with, but overall I am very pleased with the results #music #ipod #iem 040 4
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 09/12/2025I finally satisfied one of my retro tech cravings and got an iPod. It’s a 4th gen Classic with a new battery and a 64GB flash mod that replaces the original 20GB hard drive. I synced my library on it and it reignited my love for music in a way that I haven’t felt in a while. #apple #ipod #music 130 3
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 24/11/2025Tried to imagine what the MacBook Air would look like if it had the same color variations as the iMac. I quite like how it came out, but I must admit that a laptop with these colors would be a bit much on the eyes #macbook #apple #design #imac 020 2
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 09/11/2025These are JPGs taken straight out of my Fuji camera with no editing on my side. This is insane, I might as well shoot directly in JPG format and skip RAW files at this point (I am going to save them anyway) #fujifilm #fujifilmxt3 #blackandwhite #photography 040 4
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 19/10/2025Just edited the first photos I've taken with the Fujifilm, and I am even more impressed at what this camera can do #fujifilm #mirrorless #fujifilmxt3 #photography 060 6
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 17/10/2025I have finally made the move to mirrorless! Despite being a Nikon user for years I decided to get a Fujifilm camera, mostly because of lens prices. I have to say that I am very impressed with this little machine, I cannot wait to have some fun with it #photography #fujifilm #mirrorless 240 4
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 10/10/2025Today I spent some time organizing my local music library on my macbook and my desktop pc, in hope of slowly detaching myself from online streaming. I must say that seeing it come together has been really satisfying #music #macos #linux #offline 021 2
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 28/09/2025Finally managed to get a new PRAM battery for my 2006 MacBook Pro and it’s finally up and running again with Snow Leopard, I thought I would never see the day #apple #mac #macos #vintage #retro #retrocomputing 121 2
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 26/09/2025After Spotify, I decided to give the same treatment to the Office icons. The original ones are just logos on a white background, so I extended the design to the icon's margins using Inkscape and exported them to Icon Composer for the glass effect. #apple #mac #macos #office #microsoft #design 001 1
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 25/09/2025A month ago I decided to try making homemade #soap using olive oil and coconut oil, with a bit of eucalyptus essential oil. I am very happy with the result, I made enough soap bars for me and a few friends and even ordered more silicone molds to give it different shapes. Will definitely try again. 000 0
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 23/09/2025I didn't like the fact that the Spotify logo didn't fill the entire icon like other macOS apps, so I tried making it myself using the Icon Composer. I think it would look much better if they went for something like this. #apple #mac #macos #spotify #liquidglass 000 0
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 14/09/2025After a few different tries I finally managed to get a good audio quality on one of my tapes while recording some bossa nova. Now that I understand how to make it work I’m thinking of going for some LoFi next, since it would fit the cassette aesthetic really well #tape #music #cassette 040 4
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 12/09/2025Gaming discourse online has become insufferable no matter the topic and I wish not to participate in any of it anymore. I just want to play video games without a constant ringing of complaints in my ears. 010 1
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 08/08/2025The next thing I’m gonna show you today is this new addition to my #vintage computers collection. It’s a 2006 #MacBook Pro armed with a dual core Intel CPU and 2 whole gigabytes of RAM. It only runs using the charger, since the battery is dead, and it probably also needs a new PRAM battery. 110 1
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 08/08/2025I haven’t updated this account in a while, so the first thing I’m gonna show you is this awesome little console I got off of AliExpress called #R36S. It runs #Linux (ArkOS) and supports a ton of emulators through #RetroArch. I have been using it to play #Pokémon Emerald and I love it so much. 001 1
Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 13/06/2025Switched terminal of choice to kitty on both my PC and the MacBook, and also updated the fastfetch config on the latter. Call3 @iamcall3.bsky.social · 23/05/2025I’ve been wanting a dedicated #music device for years now, and after some research I got this very cool audio player from Fiio. I love the Walkman theme they went for, the graphics on the screen are really nice ( #skeuomorphism my beloved) and the #sound quality is great for such a small device 090 9
