Sooooo, I left the house with a plan to walk for about 20 mins. Then I had the brilliant (*sarcasm*) idea to see how long it would take to walk 10K steps. As it turns out, it took 1.5 hours 😅 and now, I’m spent! The only thing I could do was put a blanket down & lay my ass down to cool off
