AI generated image of the human chest. Tons of parts are mislabeled and the anatomical accuracy is basically nonexistent, so I'll only point out the funniest flaws.

The right lung is mislabeled as the sternum (which is actually part of the ribcage and covers the heart). A bronchial tube in the lungs is mislabeled as the Aorta (the Aorta is the largest artery in the human body and is actually just above the heart). Another bronchial tube is mislabeled as the "Tyπuc" which does not actually exist. The left ventricle is mislabeled as the "Merlsacer" which once again does not exist.

There are various other mislabelings, some of which are not actually words or even strings of letters. I have also skipped over the anatomical inaccuracies because there are too many to point out.

Saw a compact edition of the Oxford English dictionary And it spanned two bible-sized books and came in its own little shelf I should have picked it up for the gag

The Compact Edition of the Oxford English Dictionary, volumes 1 (A-O) and 2 (P-Z, Supplement, and Bibliography). The lettering on the spine is printed in gold, layered on black leatherlike. Each volume is about 7 centimeters (2.7 inches) thick. The two books are stored in a tiny for-purpose black leatherlike cabinet, with a tiny drawer on top (presumably for extra notes).
