Taking away one's brain, while making a relatively functional copy in its place, can be a tad... disorientating, but extremely... enjoyable.
How could it not? Especially when the tentacle wants to make you feel good in the process.
The goopy, semi-transparent, slime-like tentacle in question, finds it's way through a quite willing participant's mind.
(Don't worry he'll be fine :3)
A portion of the tentacle's arm sticks out from one ear, as it makes it way back out of the character's head, taking his brain and thoughts with it.
The entire procedure is quite complex even if it doesn't take very long for more eager and willing participants.
Just by taking a look at how his eyes roll back, crossed, unfocused and uneven, agape drool line streaming out his mouth with a goofy smile spreading from ear to ear— you can tell they're having a good time.
