It's really shit, and if it wasn't for my friends and my dog, I would have ended it a long time ago. But, I am hopeful that with the new medication and the somewhat promising treatment plan I'll regain some human function and dignity.

That means that on top of the permanent pain in my spine I can wake up with pain while breathing, muscle spasms, shivering of the hands, pain in the bones. Just a lottery roll. And also forget about being able to sleep normally, or remembering or even functioning like a human most of the time.

If you don't know, Fibromyalgia in a nutshell is a lifelong condition where your body is due to physical trauma loses the pain OFF switch and then multiplies it. So not only the primary injury is a source of pain, but also your body interprets anything and everything as pain or issue.

This afternoon I got a somewhat solid update, treatment plan and confirmation of new medication starting from next week. It's been a lot, and nothing at all. And the lack of very poor communication has often left me somewhere between giving up on life and raging like a crazy person.

Hello it's me. I apologise, I have not turned the Blue sky app in weeks. Nor checked the messages. I guess I have been physically and mentally drained. I have been officially diagnosed with fibromyalgia after a year and 4 months of waiting and tests.

I'm alive. I have been absent due to numerous visits to the hospital and medical related issues. I have undergone many tests and procedures to ensure I don't have the big scary 'C' word. I'm sorry you have not heard from me about commissions. I'm not ignoring them, avoiding anyone hiding.

Small update from me: Hello friends. I have been unfortunately physically, emotionally and mentally very unwell for the past time. I will however try to push through it as much as I can and get back to working on commissions as I can imagine the delay is very upsetting to you.

Today has been a first for me. I have emailed my Doctor's Medical Practice with a warning of potential legal actions because of Clinical negligence caused by them on goverment documents. Somehow, i don't feel any better after doing it. Which i should, but i dont.

From my own experience I'd say my own creative drive comes from my unpredictable ADHD and with antidepressants that levels off and I don't feel creative. There is no push to create at all. But if I sit down to paint it comes out much easier without overthinking.🤷‍♂️
