I also notice that parcel is running with cache(enabled by default) while other bundlers are doing fresh cold build. This doesn't seem to be a apple to apple comparison.

Rolldown developer here. I take a rough look and notice that you are using the different minifier to compare the final output. I took a quick try on bundling `mobx` with rolldown and esbuild, both using the esbuild's minifier. Rolldown emits smaller output.
