(1/01/2025) baffles me how this got over 700 notes on tumblr in a week, but I cant complain because it *is* a good gif (even if I was just testing Macromedia Flash 8's export features) #sonicthehedgehog #silverthehedgehog

an animation of Silver the Hedgehog. he is sitting absentmindedly with a thought bubble over his head. the thought bubble has a rotating 3d model of an apple. the lineart of the animation is jittery, with boil on the lines. end id

various sketches/painting practices from last year (May 2024, December 2024, August 2024, June 2024) (Kudamono Amy design by Strike110E7 on twitter, one of the Sonic Speed Simulator devs and modelers for Sonic Runners Reloaded) #sonicthehedgehog #blazethecat #amyrose #silverthehedgehog #sonicfanart

digital painting of Blaze the Cat on a tan background. she is emitting a flame from one of her fingertips. Her design is slightly altered from her canon design, instead having pink ear canals and nose, a crown-shaped marking on her forehead, a white blaze above her nose, and a striped tail. end id

digital painting of Amy Rose, in her Kudamono design from the fangame Sonic Runners Reloaded. She has longer quills, a red and green dress, red and white striped socks, pink boots with white dots, pink gloves with white insides and biege fingertips, and red cuffs with white dots. She is wearing a red mob cap with green trim. She is throwing peace signs. end id

digital painting of Silver the Hedgehog on a tan background. he is floating idly with his arms dropped behind his back, looking off to the side. a faint cyan aura surrounds him. end id

two sketchy redraws of Amy Rose on a tan background with their reference images beside them. both are screenshots from the Dreamcast games. The first one is a screencap from Sonic Adventure, with Amy looking up while holding Birdie, a blue Flicky. The second one is a screencap from Sonic Shuffle where she is sitting on the ground, looking to the side. Her design is slightly altered, where the redraws give her fur tufts on her elbows, and a frilly white trim on her dress. Her eyes are a warmer green, and her front quills have a slight wave rather than being straight. Both redraws have visible sketch lines and painted textures. end id

(4/13/2024) still like this one, though my painting style has considerably changed since then (probably will redraw this one eventually, too - maybe for a one year later comparison?) #sonicthehedgehog #silverthehedgehog #sonicfanart

Digital painting featuring Silver the Hedgehog in a cityscape in 3-point perspective. Silver is sitting on a white bench in front of a skyscraper. On the side of the skyscraper are panels of mirrors reflecting the rest of the city and the back of Silver. The skyscraper is adorned with several advertisements and posters, most of which are references to sonic games, particularly Sonic Adventure 1 and 2.

An homage to the art used in the Nightcore music video of Angel With A Shotgun with Shadow the Hedgehog. The silhouette of one of his Doom Wings is projected on the grimy brick wall behind him, with holes cut into it.
