I just ran The Frog Demon Temple from What Ho! Frog Demons? By @kutalik.bsky.social and published by @hydracoop.bsky.social for **13** people. Fun was had, an Ultimate Pavol was declared, frogs were talked to, and frog demons were slain. But holy shit keeping 13 people in it is exhausting.

A piece I did for @hydracoop.bsky.social to illustrate the Mountebank class. For this I took the opportunity to feature the Mountebank I was fortunate enough to play in @kutalik.bsky.social 's Hill Cantons campaign: "The Colonel."

a disreputable looking figure in vaguely 17th century dress, holding open his coat to reveal several bottles documents, and dubious nostrums.

We've been pretty quiet about it, but work on the Slumbering Ursine Dunes omnibus has been continuing behind the scenes. Here's a piece hot off the digital presses from artist extraordinaire Kalin Kadiev, discussing some of @kutalik.bsky.social 's inspirations behind the Hill Cantons.

An illustration of a spectral J. Eric Holmes fighting a winged serpent (coiled around a five-point alignment chart), inspired by the AD&D 1e Deities & Demigods cover. Text in photo: "Early D&D's implied alignment & cosmology meshed with discussion of the Weird -- an uncanny area separated from standard life and causality."

Hello, Bluesky! Extending greetings from the Hydra Cooperative to this strange new platform. We're an independent RPG publisher focused on giving creators the freedom to pursue their passion projects and make things not otherwise possible.

Monument Five, a stark white building with a number of strange protrusions, hovers above a giant ridge-grub. A faintly glowing purple bridge extends towards the building's entrance.
