I understand the reasoning behind it, but I would really refrain from using a spray bottle, as they kind of just don’t work effectively as a teaching method. Cats can’t actually understand WHY you’re spraying them at any given time, so all it’ll really do is momentarily make them run away

If it helps I had similar issues when Splodge was a kitten. She would piss me the FUCK off 😭. It IS annoying and frustrating, but aside from giving in and playing or finding something to tire them out with there’s not much you can do if you can’t like. Put him somewhere else
