Any comic writer who isn't approaching things from a perspective of "the artist will be putting at least 3-5x the work I am into making this comic exist and it is my job to make their workload easier whenever possible while still telling the story" is a BAD creative partner IMO

People really liked these on Tumblr, so I'll post them here too! #Deltarune #DeltaruneSpoilers #Krusie #Fanart
Kris Dreemurr and Susie from Deltarune are hanging out. Susie is trying to compliment Kris on how well they play the Piano but doesn't know what someone who can play the piano is called. Kris tells her the term is "pianist", but she "misinterprets" what they say a "penis" and loses her mind. Kris decides not to correct her, knowing full well she's going to tell everyone they're a penis.Susie brags to her friends about Kris' ability to play the piano. But instead of saying they're a "pianist", she calls them a "penis". Noelle and Berdly are shocked and confused by this, while Ralsei may just wither away and die from having that kind of word said in front of him... He sheds a tear out of sheer pain.Ralsei tries his best to calmly explain to Susie on the proper term for a pianist and fails miserably. It's impossible to tell if she genuinely thinks the term is "penis" or if she's being difficult on purpose and is using it as an excuse to say penis as often as she wants without consequence. In the Dark World, Kris, Susie, and Ralsei come across a stained-glass illustration of piano keys with the word "PENIS." hanging above it, heavily implying that the prophecy knew Susie was going to interpret Kris as a "penis" instead of a "pianist". Susie feels validated and tells Ralsei she's been right the whole time. Kris and the SOUL perpetuate this by agreeing with her in unison. Ralsei finally, begrudgingly, admits defeat...

A gata sumiu do quadro.
Hyamara diz: “Se você quer me apoiar, minhas redes sociais estão abaixo do logo!!!

ENG 1/2 this has come to an end for now... keep up with my latest projects in my socmed if you liked this!! ty! image descriptions are available in the alt txt!
IMAGE DESCRIPTION – MIDNIGHT TRUTH TIME.
At the top is the strip’s title: “end!”. This comic’s art style usually has few colors, being primarily black and white with a watercolor texture, and more simplified scribbles.
In the first panel, Hyamara (caricature of the author, uses he/she/they pronouns; has short and black hair, piercings in their ears, wears a white shirt with a colored strawberry inside, and blue pants) enters the panel, waving to the reader with a sad smile, and says: “Hi! I’m sorry to say this is the final strip…”
Hyamara, then, comically salutes, closing their eyes and smiling, with their mouth shaped like the number three, like a cat snout. Their black-and-white cat, Guria, is visible in the panel, but nose up only. Hyamara says: “Thank you so much for reading this till the end. I hope you’ve enjoyed it and my silliness!”
Hyamara then crosses their arms and smiles. The cat crosses the panel to the right, and only its tail is visible. Hyamara asks: “What did you think? Did it make you laugh? Ponder? Anything bad, or good? All feedback is very appreciated!”
Hyamara then joins the palms of their hands, as if in prayer, but they smile with eyes closed to the reader. The cat is gone from the panel. Hyamara says: “I want to thank Secretaria da Cultura de Novo Hamburgo for the opportunity, and for my friends and family for the support!”
In the next panel, Hyamara says: “I have enjoyed making this a lot, and hopefully in the future I can get back to it someday!” and then, in a whisper, “the break will do me good though lol”. They have their arms hanging in front of their body, with wide open eyes and dark circles under them, and smiles. They’re sweating, tired. Their cat jumps towards their head, coming from above, in a speedy blur.
Hyamara, now with their cat on their head, smiling, also smiles and makes a pose - the hand turned downwards with the peace and love sign (a closed hand with the pointer and middle fingers extended); the other arm in their waist; and their legs flexed, but one of them extended. The pose is a reference to a meme where a cat is making the peace and love sign. Hyamara says: “For low and zero visibility people, this comic will release fully in itch, gumroad and ISSUU with audiodescription! Please share if you have anyone in your life with low visibility that enjoys comics!”
Hyamara, now with their eyes wide open and mouth in a “o” shape, surprised, frantically points towards the center of the panel - their cat does the same. There are zoom lines for emphasis. In the center of the panel is a montage of scenes with two characters - a blonde white woman, with a long hair that extends to the ground, with a robotic mask in their face; and another person who has brown skin and black hair. The two are in scenes about to kiss, or fighting. Hyamara says: “If you want to support me, my socials are below the logo!! And watch out for my next fantasy LGBTQ comic, inspired by Utena, All Girls Are Moths! Coming out…” And in a whisper, “soon… at some point this year lol”
Hyamara then waves happily at the reader, one leg up in the air, while their cat still smiles on their head, and flowers come out from both of them. Hyamara says: “Thank you so much for the support, and see you later!”

ENG 1/4 second to last ep! image descriptions are available in the alt txt!
IMAGE DESCRIPTION – MIDNIGHT TRUTH TIME.
At the top is the strip’s title: “comic process”. This comic’s art style usually has few colors, being primarily black and white with a watercolor texture, and more simplified scribbles.
In the first panel, Hyamara (caricature of the author, uses he/she/they pronouns; has short and black hair, piercings in their ears, wears a white shirt with a colored strawberry inside, and blue pants) looks at the reader with a smile and says: “so, this has been in production for quite a while! It started with just the name in 2022! I wanted to make an autobio comic, and the chance to try it out came when this project was supported by my city’s cultural funding! The initial project was like this:”
In the next panel, a title over a black square says: “first concepts”, in all caps. Below are a set of drawings, caricatures of the author, all varying in style (some more detailed and realistic, others much more simplified and cartoony) and some variations of hand drawings. Around these drawings are some annotations in Hyamara’s scribbled font. The notes say: “design needs to be silly”, “felt pen 6 pixels, black line, blue line” - this one is an annotation of the digital brushes - and below, it says “takes too long”; “hands vary - simple”; “ok”. The simplest and most colorful drawing is circled with an annotation that says: “perfect lmao”.In the next panel, a title over a black square says: “final style”, in all caps. Below is the initial sketch of the logo, more scribbled, and following that one of the scribbled strips - in this case, strip number two, “When i work”. Hyamara’s annotations give more details: “this will be the final style; logo plus twitter and insta; vertical; fonts: futura handwritten, coolvetica or tahoma; pages will have more than one strip.”
In the next panel, a title over a black square says: “strip sketches”, in all caps. Below are many sketches of some Midnight Truth Time strips made in MsPaint, a Windows software. These strips are very simplified and scribbled, characteristic that is evident from this software. A comment from Hyamara says: “I like to doodle in mspaint”.

ENG 1/3 4 strips at once i ran so fast to finish this (ded) QnA open btw!! image descriptions are available in the alt txt!
IMAGE DESCRIPTION – MIDNIGHT TRUTH TIME.
At the top is the strip’s title: “socializing”. This comic’s art style usually has few colors, being primarily black and white with a watercolor texture, and more simplified scribbles. In the first panel, Hyamara (caricature of the author, uses he/she/they pronouns; has short and black hair, piercings in their ears, wears a white shirt with a colored strawberry inside, and blue pants) sits on a sofa looking at their phone, and using a blanket on their legs, with their black and white cat sitting in their lap. In the narration, they say: “I don’t care for introvert or extrovert labels much, but I would guess I’m an introvert. Though I do get energy from getting out and such, I like my privacy the most and I really like to spend time with myself to recharge.”
The scene changes and Hyamara is working at their desk, with a computer monitor in front of them. They have their back to the reader. Their phone vibrates above the table, so much it ends up in the air, and from it speech bubbles pop out, suggesting Hyamara is being contacted. In the narration, Hyamara continues: “Sometimes I forget to talk to friends… it’s not like I don’t mean to keep in contact, but I get so focused on my own life that I forget!!”
In the next panel, there are two scenes: in one of them, Hyamara is speaking to a friend while they drink a coffee, with a smile; in the other one, Hyamara is playing an online game with friends. The game is visible in their monitor - where a knight rides a blue horse and there is a yellow tree in the horizon. It’s a reference to the game Elden Ring. Hyamara, in the narration, continues: “An exercise I do to help me remember, whenever possible, is to make sure I go out with friends or talk to them, not at text but a voice call, or personally, at least twice a week!!”
In the next panel, Hyamara is working, looking at their monitor and drawing in their display tablet; but they cry with a sad smile (in a comical way). In the narration, they explain: “When work is too hectic I can’t do it though, so I just resign myself to feel like shit because I forget to talk to my friends lol”.
Then, suddenly, a white person with light brown hair down to their shoulders, black shirt and blue pants enters the panel and puts their hand on Hyamara’s shoulder, smiling. Hyamara turns towards the person and smiles too, surprised. In the narration, Hyamara concludes: “I appreciate a lot when they reach out to me when they can, though!!”
Below is the introduction of another strip, with the title: “brooder”.
Hyamara comes from outside the panel to the left and smiles to the reader, asking: “Hello are you a brooder type like myself”.
In the next panel, Hyamara has their hand on their chin and eyes closed, pondering. There’s a thought bubble in the shape of a cloud and, inside, the photo of an apple. Hyamara, in the narration, explains: “I am not sad or anything. I just like to rotate things in my head around. Until I understand them.”

IMAGE DESCRIPTION – MIDNIGHT TRUTH TIME.
At the top is the strip’s title: “the godzilla fear”. This comic’s art style usually has few colors, being primarily black and white with a watercolor texture, and more simplified scribbles. In this comic, the style is less cartoonish, with more realistic proportions and expressions. Godzilla refers to the movie.
In the first panel, many people are walking on a street, in the sidewalk. Following one of them, a woman with darker skin and green shirt, are a few abstract scribbles. Hyamara, in the narration, explains: “Everyone has got some kind of trauma, big or small, or more than one…”
In the next panel is a montage of moments of the life of this woman: her birth, where she’s a baby crying; her childhood, as an infant playing with simple toys; as a teenager in school; as a woman, nervous, looking at her phone; and how she appears now, adult, but smoking a cigarette. Hyamara narrates: “It’s personal and related to the life everyone has lived, the answer their brain found at the time…”
“... and sometimes it can be something small, or in hindsight not so big as it seems, but has become big.” The scene changes, and shows many people in moments of crisis. These people all have different colors of skin, from white to black. One of the hands burnt a finger in the candle, the pain symbolized by a star; in the background, a man cries; in the middle, an older man and another person are fighting, their speech bubbles trading curses, symbolized by a skull and a knife; in the left corner, a woman crying while various people comment things about her (symbolized by many speech bubbles around her). There’s a broken heart hovering over her.
The scene changes again. Hyamara (caricature of the author, uses he/she/they pronouns; has short and black hair, piercings in their ears, wears a white shirt with a colored strawberry inside, and blue pants) has a serious expression, with eyes closed and shoulders tense. They’re inside a white space, with some bubbles floating, suggesting the presence of liquid. Hyamara narrates: “As for mine, I don’t consider it big, but it has affected me deeply, and will probably do so for the rest of my life.”
The camera zooms out and shows the entire scene. Hyamara is curled up inside a machine with four holes in its side and liquid inside, where Hyamara floats. The machine is held by some black wire. It symbolizes a NICU, aka neonatal intensive care unit. Hyamara narrates: “I was born premature.”
The camera moves to show the right of the machine, where another Hyamara watches themself from outside the machine with a serious expression. Hyamara narrates: “I haven’t had any physical consequences from it, and have had a generally very healthy life.”
The Hyamara from inside the machine looks to their left, then, and in another machine is the same abstract scribble from the start of the comic. Hyamara narrates: “But my anxiety was born with me.”
The scene changes, showing Hyamara walking in a sidewalk, and this scribble following them. Hyamara narrates: “It mostly stems from being born too early and not having proper physical contact with my parents for like, my first 40 days out in the world.”

A cena muda novamente.
Hyamara narra: “Mas a minha ansiedade nasceu comigo.”

Digital illustration of a person sitting at their vanity and looking back at the viewer as their reflection shows something much more magical. The person, dressed in white robes that fall off their shoulders, has short reddish-brown hair and medium tan skin covered with freckles. In the reflection, their face is covered by stars and pink and blue waves appear behind them.

IMAGE DESCRIPTION – MIDNIGHT TRUTH TIME.
At the top is the strip’s title: “deadlines”. This comic’s art style usually has few colors, being primarily black and white with a watercolor texture, and more simplified scribbles. In the first panel, Hyamara (caricature of the author, uses he/she/they pronouns; has short and black hair, piercings in their ears, wears a white shirt with a colored strawberry inside, and blue pants) is drawing in their display tablet, in front of a computer monitor, and smiles with a confident look as little sweat drops are leaving their body into the air. They say: “I usually manage deadlines pretty well!”
Suddenly, Hyamara starts frantically drawing, with their hand grabbing the table so strongly it forms cracks in it. They have widened, red eyes, they’re sweating and smiling in a manic way. Fire comes out of their drawing tablet, and from themself. In the narration, Hyamara explains: “But the thing is… when I really,” really is in all caps, “get into a drawing I take longer. And I can get easily into it…” In the background, an arrow with the word “perfectionist” points towards Hyamara.
Hyamara continues, in the narration: “So at this point for example… I’m juggling a bunch of things such as…”. In the panel, Hyamara is juggling various colored balls, each one color. He’s very focused. Next to every ball is an explanation for a project: “making this”, this is in all caps, “project”; “commissions”; “prospecting new clients and doing comic tests”; “drawing another comic project”; “making said project a visual novel” and, between parentheses, “this was now dropped momentarily lol”; and finally, “studying drawing.” Visual novel refers to a type of video game that is focused on few gameplay elements and more on the visual and textual narrative.
The camera zooms in on Hyamara a bit. Hyamara smiles but is sweating as they keep on juggling. In the narration, Hyamara says: “See, these are not many things for me but,” but is in all caps, “when you have short deadlines for all”, all is in all caps, “of them.”
Hyamara, in the narration, continues: “it gets a bit, erm, it gets a bit complicated”, and then Hyamara starts to frantically juggle, with their hands going all around in high velocity, as are the colored balls. Hyamara has eye spirals (signalizing confusion) and their mouth is wobbling. There are zoom lines to emphasize Hyamara’s speed.
Hyamara, then, falls flat on the ground, spitting blood comedically. The balls hit various points of their body.
They spend a few moments in the ground, then rises up with a smile, a bloody nose and wounds all over their body, grabbing the balls that are around the floor nearby, saying in a small font: “I’m good I’m good”.

IMAGE DESCRIPTION – MIDNIGHT TRUTH TIME.
At the top is the strip’s title: “white people things”. This comic’s art style usually has few colors, being primarily black and white with a watercolor texture, and more simplified scribbles.
In the first panel, Hyamara’s (caricature of the author, uses he/she/they pronouns; has short and black hair, piercings in their ears, wears a white shirt with a colored strawberry inside, and blue pants) looks at the reader with a forced smile, and makes gestures with their open hands as if waving both at the same time. There are two stars on each side with an ironic cheery tone. Hyamara says, “white people things!”, and below is a text with an asterisk: “based on what I observe in myself and my surrounding white peoples”.
Then, Hyamara exemplifies various white people things, as they say. The first shows Hyamara, with white skin but with their face blushing, almost red, and a comically exhausted appearance, with dark circles under their eyes. Someone asks them: “You ok??” and they reply: “oh lol yeah, this is a good day”. The narration explains: “looking pale, sickly and blotchy for no reason.” To the side, another scene: a white, bearded person holds a mini-Hyamara in short, black clothes, in a stick, as if they were a skewer. They’re under the sun. This Hyamara-skewer is red, and smoke comes out of it. The narration explains: “Fries in the sun.”
Then, Hyamara is in the bathroom, where there’s a lot of fog, and from the shower comes falling lava over Hyamara. They’re washing their armpits, and half of their body is in deep flesh wounds. The narration explains: “putting the shower at 50 degrees celsius”. Hyamara comments: “Yes, perfect”.
Then, Hyamara eats a taco (mexican snack; their culinary is known to be spicy) and they have a very red face, and are tearing up. The mumble: “so good…” but then, they are hovering over a toilet with a rainbow coming out of their butt and mouth, as if they were having stomach problems, in a comical way. The’re shouting as they throw up. The narration explains: “Loves spicy food and seafood; can’t eat it”.
Then, Hyamara is wearing a blue dress shirt with an arm supported over a table; they point upwards with one hand and smiles in a cocky way while a sparkle appear beside them, saying: “buying a house is more affordable in the long run,” wink emoji, “just borrow money from the bank lol!!”. The narration explains: “loves to,” and then in all caps, “um actually,” then in lowercase, “cites rules and information that only applies to or benefit us white people”.The narration continues: “and last but not least…” and then in all caps, “privilege”. In this panel, surrounded by zoom lines to emphasize the center of the panel, Hyamara stands, making the thumbs up gesture (a closed fist with their thumbs upward) while sparkles surround them. However, under Hyamara are various non-white people supporting her in a human pyramid - two people hold their feet, while two more hold these two, and four more hold these other two. Everyone under Hyamara is making tremendous effort, sweating and frowning.
A red arrow comes out of this panel to the panel below, which explains with the following text: “Which means easier access to money, jobs, schooling, leisure, medical treatment, geographical access and transportation, safety in general because you won’t get side eyed or arrested or killed due to your appearance. Oof!”

A narração explica: “Frita sob o sol.”
At the top is the strip’s title: “my cat is affectionate”. This comic’s art style usually has few colors, being primarily black and white with a watercolor texture, and more simplified scribbles.
In the first panel, Hyamara’s (caricature of the author, uses he/she/they pronouns) lies down sideways on a red chair. The cat is black and white and uses a red collar with a bell. She notices movement, and looks at the reader, smiling.
In the next panel, Hyamara (has short and black hair, piercings in their ears, wears a white shirt with a colored strawberry inside, and blue pants) observes the cat with a cheery smile, blushing in joy, with a hand next to their chin. Then, they put both hands on their chin and their eyes shine comically. They smile with their mouth in a “3” shape, like a cat snout. Hearts appear around them, and then they speak with a darling voice: “sooo cute! Baby goes on chairs when it’s cold! She lies down! Yess she does!”, in all caps.
The cat, hearing her owner, turns her body belly up with a smile, meowing a low “mew mew”, while hearts appear around her, and zoom lines appear to emphasize the center of the panel.Hyamara, seeing this, closes their eyes with tears of joy and yells, on an onomatopoeia: “WAUGHHH”, which extends to the entirety of the panel; there are many movement lines, including movement lines in Hyamara, as if something is bursting out of the cat and running through Hyamara’s body; this image has no color except for the hearts around Hyamara, who also fly away as if by impact.Below is the introduction of another strip, with the title: “I am affectionate”.
Hyamara, over a black background, looks to somewhere below them with a comically serious expression. The angle changes and reveals they were looking at their cat who lies down on a sofa in a “bread” shape (with the paws under her body). Guria looks back at Hyamara with a severe expression, mumbling “what”.

IMAGE DESCRIPTION – MIDNIGHT TRUTH TIME.
At the top is the strip’s title: “cause and effect”, and below, a warning: “trigger warning: homotransphobia”. This comic’s art style usually has few colors, being primarily black and white with a watercolor texture, and more simplified scribbles. In this particular comic, the character’s proportions are more realistic, and there are more details in Hyamara’s (the author’s) caricature. Hyamara has short and black hair, piercings in their ears, and wears a black regatta and shorts. They use he, she, and they pronouns.
In the first panel, only Hyamara’s torso is visible. Hyamara flexes their hands near their next, as if suffering. The scene is very dark, with scribbles in the background. In the narration, Hyamara says: “It’s hard to describe the pain of rejection. But not all pain is the same.”
In the next panel, in the narration (a black box), Hyamara says: “In me it stings worse, when faced with my,” open quotation marks, “dissidence,” close quotation marks; “I hear something that goes along like:” Below, there is a wolf in a stalking motion (head lowered below its shoulders), looking at the reader, but a scribble covers its eyes. The wolf says, in a typing machine typography (less rounded, paint marks in the curves of the letters): “You have a rotten finger.”
Below, Hyamara, says, in the narration: “Or,” then the focus of the panel is in the wolf’s snout and sharp teeth, which are exposed; the wolf growls, saying in the same typography from before: “It doesn’t matter what you do, you will always be a little lamb.”
Hyamara, in the next panel, has their back to the reader, facing the wolf. They raise a hand as if trying to calm the beast down. They’re crying, but only part of their face is visible. Hyamara says: “I’m not a woman…” and the wolf, who slowly approaches Hyamara, with its face covered in scribbles, says in the same typography as before; “You are.”
Hyamara, in the next panel, has their torso and part of their face visible. They’re crying, with one of the hands close to their neck as if protecting it. They say: “I do not want to be with men.” The wolf, still growling with its face covered in scribbles, replies: “Never say never!” The panel has various lines symbolizing cracks, which originate from the scribble covering the wolf’s eyes.
Hyamara, in the next panel, narrates: “This is not merely the pain of rejection, but a response to the attempt to exterminate everything that does not conform.” In the panel, with the camera farther away, the wolf observes Hyamara, who is curled up in on themselves, in the absolutely white ground. Hyamara, now, has scribbles covering their entire existence, leaving them almost not visible. From their own scribbles come out more cracks that fill up the screen.
Hyamara, in the next panel, narrates: “Because I’m not,” open quotation marks, “normal,” close quotation marks, “I don’t deserve to exist as I am?”. Hyamara, still curled up, begins to rise, crying with an angry expression. Their entire body remains full of scribbles, but slowly it’s becoming visible. The cracks remain covering the screen behind them.
In the next panel, the camera closes in on where Hyamara’s eyes would be, but now is the eye of a lamb. The scribbles open space so that the eye opens and is visible. Where Hyamara’s narration was, in the black boxes, Hyamara begins to communicate with the wolf with the same tone of voice it was using - the typing machine typography. Hyamara, then, says: “Come now, little wolf. I am not small like you.”

As rachaduras continuam preenchendo a tela.
