Since I implemented "berry-ful" extended manips, I averaged a 14:53 Falkner split (sample size = 43). In 2024, I averaged 15:20 with a gold split of 14:55

In gen 2, trainer AI decides what move to use before you pick your move, greatly simplifying the fight execution needed to manipulate their attack on turn 1. Extending manips into fights has started to shift from "feasible" to "viable to hit in runs"
