"All Out of Love" by Air Supply is a great track, but it's made better by the fact that it sounds like they're singing the song to EACH OTHER.

We had a great time last night, our first full-band show in 17 years. Thanks to all who showed up! Video clips to follow in thread.

Really loved this music memoir by @nikostratis.com. Excellent mix of music nerdom and heartfelt storytelling. My copy even came with a cozy for my sugar-free RC Cola. 💜

My hand is holding up a can of sugar-free RC Cola nestled in a cozy that's emblazoned with the book cover for the fabulous music memoir THE DAD ROCK THAT MADE ME A WOMAN. Oh, and the same hand is also holding up a copy of the book. There's a record shelf in the background.

I’m so confused by the folks who said that raising the minimum wage would increase the price of every day goods while also being okay with tariffs raising the price of every day goods… I reckon they are okay paying higher prices as long as it doesn’t help anyone making a minimum wage.

The fact that billionaires still want more money is proof that wealth will not fulfill you. The fact that they are willing to inflict suffering on others in order to get more money is an indication that wealth may be a red flag.

Adults ought to be responsible, for themselves and for others. They ought to be patient, thoughtful, reasonable, curious, cooperative, and empathetic. At the core of our problem, in our leadership and our electorate, is a lack of emotional maturity, an unwillingness or inability to be an adult.

I haven't set foot in Target since they rolled back their DEI programs, and I called to let them know. Diversity, equity, and inclusion -- like democracy and justice -- are very good ideas, but they require attention and oversight. They won't happen naturally. They require our active participation.

Not everything is a marketing opportunity.

Photo of an image produced with a vintage "fashion plates" children's art set. Using crayon and pencil, it depicts a figure in a long skirt and cowboy boots rocketing upwards, a hastily rendered rainbow in the background, several banners surrounding it reading, "not everything is a marketing opportunity." The figure, smiling, holds a purse with its right arm and brushes away its medium-length hair with its left.
