Saw a weather guesser yesterday describing the wildfires in Western Nebraska. She noted that they covered 700,000 acres. She said, to get a an idea of how large that area is, “Think about the size of 1 acre. Now, ‘times that’ by 700,000.” Very helpful visualization.
