We went on a nature walk to Bayou Sauvage this morning. My daughter saw a frog. We tried to get a better look at it but it jumped off the boardwalk and we couldn't find it. But we did find a snake! And then we found the frog.

When I think about it, I think the only post-Lucasarts Star Wars game I enjoyed was Squadrons. And it was flawed, but it was cool in VR and it touched on Nostalgia for the older space fighter sims.

Galactic Racer is the first Star Wars game I've enjoyed in a very long time. Part of what I like about it is at least from what it seems right now, there's no Jedi, no Sith, I'm just a dude with a grudge against another racer. And there's actually more narrative than you might expect!

Was at jury duty for about 12 hours today. Thankfully was NOT picked after voir dire for potentially sending somebody away for life for rape with a minor. I basically told them that while I think of myself as a very rational person, you would not get a fair trial out of me. Today just sucked.
