I've been on Amtrak three times this year in three different areas, ha. It's worth taking the journey via the scenic route sometimes! :) I could definitely tell I was on a train for 12+ hours by not having to account for a wobbly walk on solid ground. 🤣

I just kept to myself in my little roomette and wandered around into the sightseer lounge and dining car in the morning during sleeper car breakfast hours. Not a soul in the sightseer lounge, which would've been great for some board games! The omelet was delicious, too.

I was a cozy gamer in my little roomette! It was a little stuffy trying to sleep with the door closed, as it felt like hardly any air was coming through my overhead vent. But once it was waking hours, I drew my curtains and kept the door open, and it was much more pleasant!

It's been a month since I felt his heartbeat for the last time. I've had waves of grief, especially when I'm home alone. Two of my friends' fur babies passed away last week. My mom picked up the remaining supplies, too. I'll be okay eventually. Enjoy these latest additions to his shelf! 💕

This year's Game Fest is in the books, with ~$15k raised for our local library! This one meant a lot to me, as so many of my tabletop friends near and far made the trek. Having all of them under one roof and making memories together made my heart full!💗
