Oh good, the big truck discourse has moved to bluesky. Im here to remind everyone that big trucks have always existed. The problem is that CAFE regulations have eliminated all V8 body-on-frame cars, leaving a gap in the market that only trucks can fill.

So I was at my local train shop yesterday and I came across an amazing find. Not only did I find a vintage NAR locomotive for cheap, but it came with kitbashing instructions from a magazine. Someone kept this new in the box to superdetail it and never got around to it. I think I might do it fir them

In 1990 the Railway Museum I work at had Ronald come out for our Make A Wish fundraiser. This led to an infamous story where he was hanging his head out the window of the locomotive as the engineer blew the horn for the crossing and he knocked himself out cold on the window frame.
