Week 52: One of my OCs, Kaoru Tsuji. And that's a year of drawings. This year went by much faster because of this. But with this, I leave this little experiment behind. What did I learn from this? That I'm probably way too impatient to be an artist. I guess I improved a bit? I'unno. Anyway, bye!

Week 50: Foot's feeling a bit better, and going back to work tomorrow. This week I got Julianne (Jill) Stingray from VA-11 Hall-A, since I started rereading it. The game's story starts on Dec 13, and I do one in-game day per IRL day. Unfortunately the weekdays don't match, but it's still fun.

Week 49: Kinda sucks that I'm doing this only a few weeks before the year ends, but I twisted my ankle pretty bad earlier and it hurts like hell. Saps my motivation to draw anything at this time. Drew this in less than 5 minutes on my phone. It kinda hurts to just sit too. I hope I get well soon.

Week 48: Robofish from the Timesplitters games, a series staple. Timesplitters Rewind, an entirely free fan-made project that's been in the works for over a decade now, finally came out into early access last week. It has its issues, but I've wanted a new TS for ages, and it's very good even in EA.

Week 47: Made one of my OCs into a fumo. She's called Kuroneko. I know, praise me for my super original naming skills. /s And yes, she's basically directly associated with one of my other OCs I've drawn in the past (see week 30). Originally an evil twin, but now she's just her own character.

Week 46: Ushio Shishigatani from Clockwork Ley-line, because I've been re-reading it recently. She cute. I would have drawn a full body chibi, but then I saw how intricate her outfit is, and thought "nah, I'm lazy" and just drew her as a floating head. Sorry Mooko. Also messed up the shadows a bit.

Week 45: Pocket Tataru. When I was in Japan, I picked up a little thing that's kinda like a folder that fits in your pocket, and it had Tataru Taru from FFXIV on it. Kept that thing in my pocket and had it hold my 100 yen coins whenever I hit the arcades. Not really the best container but it's cute.

Week 42: I forgot to work on an image again. It's my last week in Japan, so go easy. I have a couple comic ideas for the next two weeks though. That said, have a heart thing I did, inspired by... things... I made the canvas too big and couldn't crop it easily, so the image is a bit oversized. shrug

Week 41: Went to Hiroshima earlier this week and saw that tori gate surrounded by water. Apparently you can walk to it at low tide, but the tide was as high as it could have been at the time. It's pretty cool. Here's a pic inspired by that.

Week 36: Keeping with the Fault theme, here's Rune Zhevitz. Only the upper half this time. Turns out I dunno how to draw her legs. I've noticed I have a hard time drawing eyes. I tried drawing proper ones this time, only to utterly fail immediately. So that's why goofy eyes. Still, turned out good!

Week 27: I call this "Self Portrait." ... I also call this "I wish I could have some motivation to draw something." I actually have a couple ideas of what I want to draw, but I'll have to allocate some more time for those. I usually don't, because I'm really lazy. One of my biggest weaknesses.

Week 22: Phoenix Wright from Ace Attorney as a sock puppet. The inspiration for this game from a game called "Guilty as Sock!" which released on Steam a few days ago. It's basically an improv comedy court game where you just throw BS accusations to be funny. I recommend checking it out, it's a riot!

Week 6: Chibi Erina from Rabi-Ribi, no detail. I've been playing Rabi-Ribi a lot recently, so I thought I'd try drawing the main character. Turned out ok-ish. Fun and random fact: when I tried to learn to draw back in like 2015 or so, Erina was actually one of the first few doodles I drew.

Week 5: Some actual sketches. Tried doing some chibi, and the first one in the top left was the first one I tried doing without looking stuff up. Everything else was with looking stuff up. I'd say it's a good starting point. I mostly focused on getting the shapes right rather than details.
