Ask if I can know where you got that shirt, because I want one so badly?

All I need to do is apply more discipline to my hobbies again! I've been so focused on my loved ones, obligations & other responsibilities that everything else has been unfairly neglected. Time to change that.

Wild to think it's been over 2 years since this hiatus... All that's holding me back is myself, but it's for a good reason. I want my unfiltered passions and skills to match the level of quality I'm capable of. In due time... I'm not wanting to half-ass anything.

🦎 FUNDRAISER & HOMELESS UPDATE 🦎 For those who haven't seen my Announcement. Going through a lot of serious life things currently, your support means the world to me 💙 ko-fi.com/tikri ✨

Transcript:
Fundraiser Update & I'm Going To Be Homeless
Afternoon Beans! @Hotel Announcements and Its another @everyone situation!

Firstly both me and @ShanChan want to thank you all SO SO MUCH for all your amazing support throughout our Cozy Nook Fundraiser 💙
We hadn't imagined everyone to be so generous and help raise £3,855 for us, totally SMASHING our £2,000 goal!
Truly from the bottom of our hearts 💙Thank You all so much💙

About the move itself
We do however have some pretty bad news...

The property which me and Shan had applied for and spent over a month waiting to move into has been denied
Which leaves us in a very tough situation, my current housing situation will be ending on the 8th Oct and without this property it means I will officially be Homeless after this date.
Homeless being without a permanent place of residence.

With my full time work being a Streamer / Content Creator who works self-employed from home, as you can imagine this will be a pretty major issue for me and is going to be a very tough time in my life.

I have booked some temporary housing close to Shan in the mean time so that we can both look for a new rented property together, however the cost of this temporary housing isn't cheap so won't be a long time solution.

Some positives
The temp housing I'm moving too should allow for me to bring my streaming setup with me so depending on how good the WI-FI is I may be able to stream.
However stream times may be a bit up in the air and if the WI-FI isn't stable enough I may have to focus more on emergency commissions offline moving forward.

Shan luckily is in an ok spot and won't have to move out right away.

Going over our fundraiser goal has honestly been a huge boon.

We will try to keep you all posted over the next few weeks as things develop, and again THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for all the love and support 💙

If anyone still wanted to help dono my ko-fi is below~

And there's moments where it's nice to indulge a bit. A moody thought is worth posting, as long as it's not harming others or perpetuating bullshit.

I'm the exact way. I often only feel compelled to post when there's passion or interest in doing so! Otherwise, it feels really attention-seeking. Might be due to the residuals of other platform's harsh algorithms prioritizing engagement over authenticity; quantity over quality.

HOWEVER... the incredible main story, cast dynamics and V2 Raids still hold up. The kind F2P infrastructure, new QOL improvements with Sierokarte's Knickknack Academy, Pro Quests, streamlined methods to unlocking Eternals & Evokers and not using Google Chrome or QooApp is personally worth it.

"Granblue Fantasy (Steam Edition)" 5/10 — 🌕🌕🌗🌑🌑 The rating doesn't fit my genuine adoration for this game. But I must admit, Mobage & Yahoo Japan are the problem here. Their legal ownership & restrictions of account data are the reason account syncing is impossible for this port and its horrible.

Fuck it, making a 2026 Media Thread™ and I'm gonna add everything I've experienced! I'll organize each category below and then include updates to their respective genre. And for more in-depth thoughts, those'll be included in my Telegram!

"The Fifth Element" 8/10 — 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑 For how surprisingly deep the movie is, all I can care about was how cunty Leeloo, Ruby Rhod & Jean-Baptiste were? WE LITERALLY HAVE A DIVA NAMED "DIVA"... LIKE C'MON... 💅

010

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

"All the Bright Places" 6.5/10 — 🌕🌕🌕🌘🌑 Gonna be real, I expected this to be a 3/10. I was surprised by how authentic & endearing the modern-day teen struggles were portrayed by both Violet Markey & Theodore Finch? The themes of mental health issues were tactful and I enjoyed it, for what it was.

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

"Paprika (2006)" 9.5/10 — 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌖 Christopher Nolan must've LOVED this movie. And so do I! This is easily my favorite Satoshi Kon film! Merging the subconscious with reality, constantly questioning the legitimacy of everything, the pay-off for both Konakawa & Chiba is beyond satisfying.

110

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

"The Triplets of Belleville" 9/10 — 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 Seeing this with no prior knowledge was the perfect experience. If you're wanting an animated pseudo-silent film that comedically jabs at unethically profiting off the entertainment industry & showboats a fun caricature of French culture, watch it!

110

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

"What's the Catch" (excluding Jay Behpoornia's hilariously wholesome acting reel) was the only dud. And it's purely due to the premise being so antithetical to the show. Everyone is normally enjoying themselves with lighthearted fun. Twisting great gifts & opportunities felt too mean-spirited...

100

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

"Game Changer (Season 8)" 9.5/10 — 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌖 This is easily the best collection of episodes yet! The ingenuity and creativity behind Dropout's producers, art team, & performers is nothing short of inspiring. "I Spy", "Don't Wake Standards & Practices", "Count the Rice" & "Rulette 2" were phenomenal!

100

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

"The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975)" 9/10 — 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 Tim Curry, you legend. 🕊️ Not everyone will like this film, and good media is meant to push boundaries! It's even more relevant & poignant how important individualism, sex positivity, queerness & non-conformity themes NEED to be normalized!

120

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

"Belle (2021)" 7/10 — 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑 Although the trite inspiration from "Beauty and the Beast" is prominent, the original aspects were phenomenal! Gorgeous animation and musical performances. Hosoda's focus on anonymity, self-worth and abuse were well done, when the plot wasn't juggling too many themes.

Teaching is hard. Don't push students at all and they get bored and don't do the work. Push them too hard and they fail and their self image implodes and it needs to be built up again.

Getting tired of untested vibecoded ports that are just buggy and because no experienced coders are around, they can't fix it? Never fear, as I have listed decomps and recomps done by actual people and it will continue expanding! If you know any, lemme know!

FRIENDS AND MUTUALS ONLY!! For MFF 2026, we reserved a hotel room prior and since we lost the Room Lottery, we thought finding a fourth would be a good idea! Please reach out to me and we'll discuss it further! Important details will be listed below. 👇👇👇👇👇

- No allergy concerns, use common sense, and we're planning to keep our room lowkey; no partying. AND THIS IS NOT A "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE" DEAL!! Please don't take it personally if you're not chosen. There's a lot of factors that go into choosing a con roommate!

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

- It'll be my myself, @pluto47.bsky.social & @protimberrise.bsky.social! Timber is managing the room. - We're at the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel, 12/3/2026 - 12/7/2026 and reserved a Deluxe 2 Double Bed - $354.00 per person! If you plan to drive a car during the con, parking is ~$46/night

Coolest part was experiencing "Cast in Bronze", which is a group that plays and explains the history of the carillon. When they performed "Castlevania: Bloody Tears", I was floored! Their YouTube isn't as up-to-date, but I totally recommend checking out their videos: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tVZ...

A bit late to this, but the Ohio Renaissance Festival was awesome! First time ever attending this type of fair and it slapped so hard. The atmosphere and crowd were beyond immersed, and even though a bad storm blew over, it made for some fond memories.

I feel unstoppable doing 200lbs.+ on my presses, abductions, and whatever else is available! And then the 20lbs. dumbbells quickly put me in my place... 🥹

I'm currently doing a standard PPL routine (aiming for 4 days a week, 3 at minimum) and supplementing it with cardio. For now, it'll be gradually increasing reps and weight. And I'll eventually do more research to adjust my workouts for more specific muscle gains!

110

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

What's helped a lot is simplify everything. My old approach was dedicating research to fully understanding and optimizing my diet and exercises... but I overhwelmed myself. Now, it's simply "do it", make it as available as possible and the consistency came naturally with those changes!

HUGO × MNGO 🥭 @hugostripes.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Finally maintaining a workout routine feels fantastic! And even better is having kettlebells and dumbbells at home. It's a drastic difference between using free weights and workout machines; weirdly humbling, to a degree?
