Interesting. I created an MCP for two applications that interact on a business process, then created a skill so that you can ask the system questions (read only!) Pretty quickly able to get the system to answer (in seconds) what'd take a human quite a few minutes to figure out and summarize.

Not my first one, but I just tried my first MCP server (i.e. one i built) on something in production. Works fine. SaaS really has a problem. So do organizations, 'cos MCP servers can do things faster and quicker and both right and wrong. Wrong will hurt a lot.

Interesting. The two twitter accounts I have that were actual human accounts were suspended for "Inauthentic behavior". They have now been unsuspended. Meantime, the account I have that is (well, was) an actual bot was never suspended.

Pretty soon, if not already, the LLMs will be good enough to answer any question any "normal" person can ask. What's also astonishing is the speed of change of the AI tooling. MCP, skills, etc, etc, Nothing in IT services or SaaS (or software in general, or services) will ever be the same again.
