I've got that thing where I washed my clothes a bit wrong and they've dried in a way that smells like detergent and bum. I absolutely stink, yet my clothes are clean. I can't explain this to the people on the train, but I can at least tell you.

Told my Dad over the phone that I'd twisted my ankle. He told me he still feels a twinge in his when he did the same in his 20s and I would probably never fully recover. "But I've done it twice before and I recovered from those!" I said! He seemed to get annoyed and said, "Well YOU would!"

When a prominent redhead does something wrong, rather than criticise them for their actions, the comments are mostly focused on the irrelevant colour of their hair, with comments of "ginger pubes" this, "orange haired freak" that. Redhead bashing is always bubbling under the surface.

I had a bath in a roll top yesterday for the first time. Double ended (sloped at both ends). I don't get it. You can't brace yourself with your feet, they just slide up the angled side, so you have to slide down further than you like and be almost horizontal. I don't get it.
