I kind of had a soft launch of my #TidyTuesday site last week, and I'd taken a stab at the one before that—but this is the first time I'm happy with what I ended up with. Powered by @evidence.dev and @duckdb.org. #DataBS tidytuesday.seanlunsford.com/2025-09-02/
A GitHub-style calendar heatmap titled “Ribbiting Data: Unique frog species recorded in Australia” with data from the November 2017 to November 2023. It shows higher counts in the spring and summer, with a dip in the winter.

Great, the API from parkendd.de is available as #OpenData. This is finally a good use case for trying out @evidence.dev. Here you can see the current occupancy of parking garages in various cities in Europe: parkinggarage.evidence.app #DataBS

A lot of folks might not realize that Tableau and Power BI are soon-to-be legacy software, and data analysts would be better positioned to learn modern tools like evidence.dev #DataViz #databs

I often saw the question of whether @duckdb.org runs in production and what the use case would be. With the help of many of you, I explored this over the last few weeks and prepared an extensive guide highlighting real-world DuckDB use cases, categorized into the five categories identified in Part 1

@evidence.dev + cursor is like glimpsing the future you wont drag-and-drop reports, you'll write them as code you wont be in a SaaS platform, you'll work on your machine you wont wait for results, you'll get instant reactivity
