I would recommend you start chugging water like a mf. I’ve heard that you can try to dupe the test by diluting your urine, take the sample in the middle of the stream.

Howdy! I work in an industry that does drug screening. Most of the time the standard tests used are 50 ng/mL for THC detection. But my company tests down to 15 ng/mL for THC. A very tight threshold!

A catheter is safer to start with, mostly keeping things clean and hygienic during insertion. Thankfully I’ve yet to get a UTI from one but it’s always a small risk. Other than that, not feeling yourself tinkle in your diaper is quite fun!😊
