Absolutely do it as an experiment. Short form content is very throwaway anyway, so don't put any pressure on yourself, record a ton and just put out one/two a day for a couple weeks and see if you get traction. Also think about talking about the writing process too

If you can hear the noise as the player then the noise is programmed to travel a certain distance and potentially alert the Echo. So pushing the trolley, opening boxes, walking, running, building furniture, collisions etc. The only exception is crouching and crawling based movement.
