over the weekend, @aspyn.gay and @hue240.art ran two unrelated URLfests in support of Doctors Without Borders. i'm giddy to say that their combined-fest total raised for MSF is exactly $1,100.00 — a monumental success :)

Quick announcement! (see replies)

Regarding our last post back in June, I'm sure you've all been anxiously awaiting our next update, and wondering where blancnote will be headed and who will be taking the reins going forward.
We're very happy to announce that in the coming months, blancnote will be merged with Sounds in Solidarity.
Our existing branding will be retained, and all of our current products will be moved to a new, fully-featured custom web platform that is currently in development. New events and sample packs will predominantly be managed by the SIS team, with blancnote staff providing consultation where needed.
We thank you once again for your continued patience throughout this whole process, and we hope to get back up and running soon!

umm hey guys, so electronic music relies on the fourier transform, which is the same math they use to make neural networks work, which is a part of AI, which is problematic .. :/

whenever i feel a panic attack coming on i do an elmo impression and say "the buddha teaches that when we notice sensations, we must not judge them, but simply let them pass. all sensations are impermanent" and for some reason it works really well
