A lot of it is the feel of it. You’ll probably miss the aspects of its presentation that make it much more believable on a technical and visual level, but otherwise you can go into it without that prerequisite. It just sells the vibe very well

Soul Master and Widow are when bosses went from fun to REALLY fun, and Soul Tyrant and First Sinner are the best fights in their respective games by pushing it almost to a breaking point while still retaining what made them great

Man, Widow and First Sinner are to me in Silksong what Soul Master and Soul Tyrant were to me in Hollow Knight Both games are a blast but the first of each are when the game really shows its hand and how fun it can be when you figure out the pattern, and the latter is the ideal version of the fight

Deeply interested in having my own versions of Mario enemies that still retain the core parts of their appearance, just with a good amount of pizzazz and overthinking what they'd do outside of killing Mario Chuckyas for some reason make me think of boxers with those big red ball hands they have hah

The more I think, the more I realize “Focus, M” dialogue is just BioWare games lol Like seriously, their lineup was chock full of it. Joker is 80% that. Anthem is Focus, M: the Game. It just wasn’t til ME Andromeda when the ppl got irritated by it and the writing quality/acting delivery got worse

Gen AI is the enemy in this. AI's become a buzzword for so many things, probably to purposely muddy waters, but gen AI is the bad one because it trains off of us specifically to generate media. The algorithm's AI just tweaks what we see based on what we interact with, like other social media
