🤧 Laurel County, in southeastern Kentucky south of Lexington, now has 56 confirmed measles cases – the most of any county in the state. The outbreak began in late August within a few large households, and no public exposures have been identified.

🤧 Mifflin County, southeast of State College, is up to 193 measles cases this year – 10 more than Wednesday's count. Measles spreads for about four days before the rash appears, so people often pass it on before they know they're sick.
