Every Cabinet member was selected for two simple reasons: 1. As you mention, destroy their department to the point it will no longer function regardless of who is President; and 2. Protect Trump at all costs, especially against anyone invoking the 25th Amendment.

Uh, no. Only about 15% of all restitution owed has been paid. Efforts to collect remaining funds stopped, and debates are ongoing regarding whether previously paid fines should be returned. Meanwhile, many have requested restitution from the government for their “pain and suffering” (slush fund).
