For sure. And now small lot subdivisions are coming for a piece of the pie too. But it's GREAT that y'all ran SB 9 because it drew a ton of heat off of the rest of the slate. And I still think it's got life in it too ( AB 2005! )

We use SB 9 like that! Somebody with a multi-family dwelling asks city to permit 2 ADUs. The city says "oh no, that's single family" and I tell the homeowner to say "oh in that case I'd like an SB 9 lot split and 4 units" and all of a sudden, the city says it's NOT single-family – ADUs approved.
