yeah, bicycles have a surprisingly low-volume system. I pulled some old SRAM Level Ts out of the parts bin to replace a failed fat bike lever this winter. I flushed them after install because DOT, and was like “ok cool I’ll be able to use this old jelly jar to catch fluid for the rest of my life.”

the AI cannot decide whether or not I ever need to fully flush (vs just periodically bleed) my MTB brakes. I think it's stuck between a service manual and many, many actual Shimano owners wondering if that's even a thing.
