I meant of Chrome. Menu, Help, About Google Chrome. Mine says this Version 147.0.7727.138 (Official Build) (64-bit) From the new page tab I get the Customise option in the bottom right corner. From there I can turn off Cards. Try resizing the Chrome Window, it might reflow and the button appear.
