HUSL had the pleasure of hosting the Archbishop Carroll High School Lady Lions girls mock trial team for a visit. The students and their coaches had the opportunity to tour the law school campus, and meet with Dean Fairfax, a proud alumnus and current board chair of the northeast DC high school.

Spottswood Robinson III helped dismantle Jim Crow segregation, playing a key role in Brown v. Board of Education and Morgan v. Virginia. A former Howard Law dean, he became the first Black judge on the U.S. District Court for D.C. and later, the first Black chief judge of the D.C. Circuit. #HUSL
