Oagh such a mood. Struggling to let go after a long term personal investment of time, only to not even "break even" on the time and effort you invested into it, is a frustration I'm still learning to let go. Definitely something I need to hear as an artist from time to time. #DasSomeGudWisdom

There are people who *live for* going against the current, problem solving, hitting a wall and climbing right over that biz with a firey look in your eye. This promotion misses the point that part of the human experience is that high you get when *you* *yourself* learn something new.

"Redefining how the world works'..? "Knowing how to ask the right questions?" Despite knowing how to ask the right questions, I think it missed a huge point: Generalising the human population as everyone wanting the "easy way out", couldn't be further from the facts.

Awhh that's awesome! Love that attention to detail!! Wish ya all the best with bringing that Fantasy Earth world together! :3

Augh love the pose!! I'd love to know the world building behind this mount design! :3c

It's a good pattern~! Gorgeous art! :3

When I come across overly critical artists I often recommend doing "eye crimes" (A silly way of saying "Funny doodles that make you laugh). Because yes, you're acknowledging it's "bad", but you're taking the power out of it by laughing at it! :3

000

Ooooh What an interesting discussion! I'm in two minds with my art, 1: Being overly critical to an "autistic" degree. And 2: teehee, eye crimez >:3 I'm a recovering perfectionist, and have self-esteem issues just like anyone else, but I try and remember to make "enjoying the process" my priority.

Solidly agree, being around other artist that appreciate the moment they're in, while able to be excited about the potential they're striving to achieve is super fun and inspiring. Sorta like the same energy of having a bubbly gym bro-- But for art! :3

Hehe I agree! I'm partial to a nice deep purple with a "Hard Light" blending mode in some of my works! Adds alot of life and vibrancy-- as well as being an excellent substitute for black. That's fantastic you've come this far in only 2 years!! 👀✨️

Love the choice of the vibrant purple for the shadow! So cool to see your steady progression of line art and volumes through out your feed! 🤩✨️

Thank you Cameron!! 😁✨️ It was a super fun challenge!
