Geminai @hoshikogeminai.bsky.social · 16/06/2025I wish I could just ignore my anxiety or overcome it, but it gets in the way of my work and even my friendships if I don't stay in touch with them nearly daily. I spent the first 25 years of my life just powering through it with mind over matter. I have done a lot that way. It gets hard and tiring. 130
