Killing a lot of civilians, hungry in the daytime or feasting with their friends, families and neighbours at night for Ramadan, doesn't strike me as very attractive long term strategy. I've probably known more members of the Joint Chiefs than Trump has: I think they'll be thinking my way, not his.

The New Jersey Turnpike is wired, both for in-car phone and for electronic detection of accidents and people pulling off the highway. To my surprise, it has been like that since it was built, in the 1930's when it seemed futuristic. I can't see why Canada can't match this, everywhere and today.
